How to Book
- Contact Wendy Green at [email protected] or 770-418-0549 to confirm availability for your desired date.
- Download the Clubhouse Agreement from the Resident Portal and complete the form.
- After the Property Manager confirms availability, drop off the completed form along with payment.
- Write two (2) separate checks payable to Sugar Mill Residents' Association, Inc. — one for the rental fee, one for the deposit.
- Once the signed agreement and checks are received, your reservation is confirmed.
- Your resident key card will provide access on the day of your event.
